Blue-Cheese Stuffed Burgers
1-1/2 lb. Belue Farms grass-fed ground beef
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. crumbled Clemson blue cheese
- Gently work Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper into beef, and shape meat into 8 patties of equal size. Make a slight indention in four of the patties for the cheese.
- Divide the blue cheese into four portions and shape into a disk. Place a disk into each of the four indented patties.
- Cover cheese-filled patties with the remaining patties. Carefully seal the edges to completely encase the cheese. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and up to four hours.
- Grill or cook burgers to desired doneness (two minutes per side for rare, four minutes per side for medium). Do not press the burgers while cooking to retain the cheese and natural juices inside the burger.
