Hickory Nut Gap beef hot dogs
Hot dog buns (regular or gluten-free)
Swiss cheese slices
Bubbies sauerkraut, drained
Thousand Island dressing
Grill, broil or pan-fry hot dogs until slightly browned and heated through. Open split hot dog buns, spread with butter, and place in a hot skillet or under a broiler until toasted. Remove from pan and immediately place slice of Swiss cheese over split bun. Add hot dog, and top with sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing to taste. Enjoy!
