While our goal is to make sure every product we sell and every delivery meets your satisfaction, we understand that sometimes you may incur a problem with a product or shipment. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and cannot be damaged or missing parts. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit, all sales of fresh fruit products are final and fruit cannot be returned. However, if your package was damaged in shipping or is missing parts for reasons not due to Belue Farms Natural Market, please contact us within two days of receipt at 864-578-0446 so we may address the situation. Additional items that cannot be returned include gift cards and some health and personal care items.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit to Belue Farms Natural Market for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the gift certificate will be mailed to you. If an item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser sent the order to you directly, we will send the refund and an email notice to the purchaser.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund status. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received one, please check your bank or credit card company first. Sometimes it takes several days for a refund to be officially posted. If you have not been credited with a refund within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds for Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned

How to Ship Returns
To return a product, please bring or mail it to: Belue Farms Natural Market, 3769 Parris Bridge Road, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. When returning an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Note that your original delivery costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to arrive at Belue Farms Natural Market may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. This will assure we receive your returned item. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your item was received, and you will be ineligible for a refund or exchange.
