Pricing of Whole/Half Beef
Whole beef generally ranges from 550 to 600 pounds and half beef from 275 to 300 pounds. Both are priced by dressed or hanging weight, plus the cost of processing. All Belue Farms beef is processed locally by a USDA, federally inspected facility using vacuum-sealed packaging to keep the meat fresher longer and allow faster, safer thawing.
Ordering Whole/Half Beef
